YO is backed by Paradigm, Haun, Hack VC, Solana and Circle and built by the exponential.fi team.
As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own YO's ecosystem-driven growth strategy, driving adoption of our infrastructure across the broader application landscape. You will own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships.

  • 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infra

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments
