The team establishes and maintains a unified workforce language to support data governance and stewardship, delivering global workforce metrics, KPIs, and SLAs. They focus on data first principles to ensure reliable and fit-for-purpose data. Collaborating across business domains, the team drives data governance practices and aligns data initiatives with organizational objectives. They provide guidance on data sourcing, integration, and quality management while fostering continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory standards. This team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and advancing Walmart’s data capabilities globally.
