Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and friendly Part-Time Customer Relations Representative to support our office and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and eager to gain professional office experience. Insurance licensing is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and ready to support the team wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct customers as needed
  • Process customer payments accurately
  • Document customer interactions and update information within office systems
  • Prepare and complete bank deposits
  • Assist with basic administrative and customer service tasks
  • Provide general support to existing team members as needs arise
