The ideal candidate:ย ย 
The ideal candidate will be skilled in allย stationsย of the kitchen line and capable of leading operations in the Sous Chefโ€™s absence. This role requires a hands-on leader whoย maintainsย high culinary standards while supporting and mentoring fellow team members.ย 

Primaryย Responsibilities:ย 

  • Proficiently cook and manage every station on the line.ย 

  • Assistย and support other cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.ย 

  • Oversee and run the line when the Sous Chef is unavailable.ย 

  • Follow recipes andย maintainย consistency in food preparation and presentation.ย 

  • Ensure food quality meets company standards while staying within budget.ย 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.ย 

  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.ย 

  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.ย 

  • Foster teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture.ย 

  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standardsย at all times.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Proven experience as a Line or Lead Cook in a high-volume kitchen.ย 

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.ย

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.ย 

  • A proactiveย attitude with a commitment to excellence.ย 

Physical Job Requirementย
