Job description

  • Develop and execute credit risk strategies, decisioning frameworks, and policies that enable the sustainable growth of Marketplace Seller Services while minimizing credit losses.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Seller Services, Finance, Billing, and Engineering to design, implement, and optimize scalable credit risk controls.
  • Lead complex, end-to-end initiatives to develop credit limits, prepay strategies, reserves, service-level controls, and early warning capabilities.
  • Leverage internal data, predictive models, and external risk signals to assess emerging risks, improve decision quality, and drive data-informed recommendations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and continuously refine credit risk decisioning to balance seller growth with responsible risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis (preferred).
  • Statistical programming languages (for example, SAS, R) (preferred).
