What You Will Do
  • Liderar la visión creativa de las cuentas asignadas, garantizando ideas poderosas, relevantes y con ejecución impecable.
  • Dirigir y mentorear al equipo creativo (art directors, copywriters, diseñadores), impulsando su desarrollo y potencial.
  • Presentar y defender conceptos creativos ante clientes de manera clara, apasionada y estratégica.
  • Colaborar de la mano con planeación estratégica, cuentas y producción para asegurar que la idea viaje bien de principio a fin.
  • Velar por los estándares de calidad creativa en todas las piezas y campañas, desde el concepto hasta la entrega final.
  • Estar siempre al frente de las tendencias culturales, digitales y de comunicación para llevar las ideas un paso adelante.
Required Skills
  • +8 años en roles creativos dentro de agencia, con al menos 3 años en posiciones de liderazgo creativo (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director o similar).
  • Licenciatura en Comunicación, Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico, Mercadotecnia o carrera afín.
  • Portafolio robusto que evidencie campañas 360° y trabajo digital destacado. El link es indispensable.
  • Experiencia sólida en campañas para plataformas digitales y redes sociales (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Capacidad comprobada para liderar y presentar ideas a nivel directivo y C‑level.
  • Deseable: conocimiento en herramientas de IA aplicadas a creatividad (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly u otras).
  • Manejo de Suite Adobe y herramientas de presentación (Keynote, PowerPoint).
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable, capaz de presentar ideas y mantener conversaciones de negocio con fluidez).
