Job description

Overview
Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking to add some great talent to our amazing Corporate Training team. You would be of vital importance to the growth of our company. We are not looking for someone to go through the motions, we want someone who genuinely wants to see the people around them grow and be successful. • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees
  • Annual review with raise option

  • Open concept office with friendly coworkers
  • Creative environment where you can make a difference
  • No dumb benefits like free dog walking on the weekends that snobby hipster places have to make you feel cool, but mathematically won't cost the company much money because you won't use it

Responsibilities
  • Manage designated training areas and programs as needed, in the following: new hire onboarding, client experience, product, and professional development.

  • Have the ability to facilitate training up to 8-hours a day.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs for front-line managers, mid-level leaders, and/or directors.
  • Experience creating leadership competency frameworks, career-pathing tools, or succession planning strategies.
  • Excellent public speaking and instructional skills with ability to present complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

  • Thrives in an ever changing environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership and know when to stand firm in your convictions on training needs and objectives.
