The Experience

We are looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy to join the Corporate Strategy team to help drive activation and alignment of our Monetization strategy, accelerate growth, and align and build frameworks to accelerate our portfolio strategy. In this role, the Director of Corporate Strategy will work cross-functionally to deliver projects with Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, GTM Strategy, Sales, and Product teams to establish and own deliverables and an operational rhythm that increases transparency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and activating strategic plays that accelerate edition upgrades and expand customer value

  • Act as a trusted pricing advisor to the field, helping account teams navigate complex deals and structure solutions that close

  • Build comprehensive enablement assets with technical depth, anticipating edge cases and equipping field teams with answers to even the most complex scenarios

  • Deliver pricing enablement sessions that build fluency and confidence across the sales organization

You're Our Person If....

  • 8+ years experience in a combination of strategy, operations, process delivery, sales, consulting, or product marketing, 6+ years in CRM industry highly preferred

  • Deep experience with Pricing & Packaging, Product Marketing, GTM/Sales Strategy, or Product Management.

  • Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and continual improvement.

  • Ability to dive into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate strategic decisions, direction, and communications based on changing priorities.

  • Ability to work well with executives; lead
