The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the execution and optimization of Arteriors' digital experience across both Trade and Consumer channels. This role combines digital marketing, e-commerce merchandising, analytics, and website optimization to create exceptional customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
Working cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Product Development, Inventory, CRM, Sales, IT, and agency partners, this individual will help bring campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives to life while using data and customer insights to continuously improve business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze performance across all digital marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve business results.
  • Track customer behavior throughout the digital journey to identify opportunities that increase engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Build reports and dashboards that communicate digital performance and support business decisions.
  • Partner with internal teams to evaluate campaign performance, marketing efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging digital tools to improve performance and streamline workflows.

E-commerce & Website Experience
  • Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Buying, and Inventory teams to coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal updates.
  • Ensure products, content, and creative assets are published accurately and on time.
  • Merchandise the website to support new collections, product storytelling, promotional campaigns, and key business priorities.
  • Manage homepage updates, category merchandising, and onsite content to deliver a best-in-class luxury shopping experience.
  • Lead website optimization initiatives through A/B testing, homepage testing, landing page improvements, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor testing results and recommend enhancements that improve customer experience and business performance.

First 30 Days
  • Build an understanding of Arteriors' digital channels, customer segments, systems, performance metrics, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Establish relationships with key partners and begin producing accurate reports, website updates, and campaign deliverables.

First 60 Days
  • Independently manage recurring reporting, digital merchandising, and campaign support with minimal oversight.
  • Identify performance trends and customer insights that inform initial recommendations and optimization opportunities.

First 90 Days
  • Deliver accurate, timely digital campaigns, reporting, and website updates with minimal rework.
  • Present actionable insights and contribute to at least one optimization that improves the digital customer experience or business performance.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing and business decisions.
  • GA4 Certified
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, CMS platforms, and ecommerce technologies.
  • Experience with website merchandising, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Databox.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for design, luxury brands, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
