Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Project / Change Manager with a proven background in financial services to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational change. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex programs, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring successful delivery in a dynamic environment. Asset and Wealth Management experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project and/or change management.
  • Financial Services industry experience required; Asset and Wealth Management preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
