In this role, you will: 
  • Lead with Vision: Guide and inspire a team of talented planners, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative thinking thrives. 
  • Uncover What Matters: Be the voice of the consumer, leveraging deep insights into their behaviors, motivations, and decision journeys to develop winning strategies. 
  • Build the Blueprint: Craft compelling narratives and strategic frameworks that provide a clear roadmap for media planning and execution, ensuring every touchpoint connects back to the core brand story. 
  • Champion Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams (media planning, research, account management) and external partners to bring your vision to life.

What You Bring to the Table: 
  • 10+ years of experience in communications planning, media strategy, account planning, brand planning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape.

  • A passion for uncovering consumer insights and translating them into actionable communication strategies.

The base salary for this position at the time of posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
