This leadership opportunity is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse with experience in risk management, infection control, quality, or healthcare operations who is passionate about supporting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Direct and manage the organization's Risk Management Program
Oversee Occupational Health, Infection Control, Environment of Care, and Joint Commission readiness

Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and training programs
Promote employee health and workplace safety through occupational health initiatives
Lead infection prevention education and ensure compliance with infection control standards
Monitor regulatory compliance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse
Current, unrestricted North Carolina licensure

Additional coursework or certification in Risk Management and/or Infection Control preferred
Current BLS certification (Instructor certification preferred)
