As an Oracle HCM Director, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate vision into action, inspiring others to follow and driving business growth. Your role is crucial in shaping client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting services
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle HCM software solutions that optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Overseeing multiple projects to drive business growth and maintain executive-level client relations
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to develop innovative solutions
- Managing project budgeting and workforce planning to align with client strategic objectives
- Promoting organizational development and change management strategies to improve employee engagement and relations
- Building relationships with business leaders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within human capital management frameworks
- Cultivating potential in teams through mentorship and leadership, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for advanced data analysis and reporting

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
