As an AI Architect Director, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs within our Assurance practice. You will leverage your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.
In this role at PwC, you will drive business growth, shape the direction of client engagements, and mentor the next generation of leaders. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and cultivating the potential in others. By actively teaming across the PwC Network, you will leverage our collective strength to identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities into success for the firm. Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to optimize technology infrastructure

- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to drive business growth and shape client engagements

- Conducting research and feasibility studies to identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities into success for the firm
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership and enhance business performance

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology

- Designing enterprise AI architectures across model selection, LLM integration, RAG, data pipelines, security, governance, scalability, monitoring, and cloud deployment
- Establishing AI design patterns, evaluates platforms and tools, and guides technical teams to deliver reliable, secure, cost-effective solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Demonstrating proficiency in Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Solution Architecture
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure for cloud strategy and implementation
- Leading business process modeling and business requirements analysis
- Driving innovation through new technology evaluation and rapid experimentation
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and IT business strategy
- Cultivating executive-level client relations and stakeholder management

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
