As a member of the Sales Team, Client Relations Director plays a crucial role in creating, managing, and nurturing relationships with new & existing direct clients and partners including:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Prospect and develop new client leads in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Qualify prospective clients to ensure a good fit and long‑term partnership potential
  • Work with the Owner Partner Team to tailor proposals across company offerings
  • Lead the closing process and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payment completion
  • Oversee the Experience Team to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded across planning, homes, and staffing services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty
  • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including booking quotas, prospecting activity metrics, and CSAT scores
COMPENSATION
  • Competitive gross annual salary ranging from $75,000 - $85,000
  • Commission Plan structure

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4 or more years of experience in client relationship management or sales in travel, real estate, or another high-value product targeted to high-net-worth individuals
  • Proven track record of success in sales and increase in revenue
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong experience with CRM, presentation, and other online productivity tools
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and working effectively under deadlines
  • Experience and love for international travel are highly desirable
