Office/Dept: Administration
FLSA Status: Full time hourly- $19.00-$20.10 hourly

Position Overview: The All Souls Catholic School Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, faculty, visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects the values and mission of our school.
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are needed to work with students, teachers
and the community
Paylocity experience a plus
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Computer skills necessary: knowledge of Google Suite; Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual preferred
Essential Functions:
Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist all visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the school.
Visitor Management: Maintain a secure and safe environment by following safety protocols for visitors, including verifying identification, issuing visitor badges and monitoring visitor access to the school premises.
Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Distribute messages to appropriate staff members promptly.
