In this high-impact leadership role, you'll oversee a dynamic portfolio of multiple capital projects, serving in a stewardship capacity to ensure projects align with the institution's mission, operational priorities, and long-term campus goals. What You'll Do: You will lead and mentor staff while managing internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary design and construction teams. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, overseeing design and construction procurement processes, managing contract administration, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through occupancy. What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate shall have demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar capital projects and associated budgets, with a deep understanding of construction cost estimating and accounting, delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, including experience presenting project plans, budgets, schedules, and outcomes to senior leadership, authorities having jurisdiction, and community partners. Proficiency with contract documents and the ability to foster collaboration among clinical, research, administrative, and facilities partners are critical to success in this role. Also includes a comprehensive benefits package.## **Qualifications:**Required Education and Experience: · Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration or relevant field, and Registered Architect or Professional Engineer or PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or related professional registration and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction or construction management, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership capacity managing major capital projects; or · Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration or relevant field, and Registered Architect or Professional Engineer or PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or related professional registration and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction or construction management, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership capacity managing major capital projects; or · Master's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration or relevant field and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction or construction management, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership capacity managing major capital projects; or · Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration or relevant field and the equivalent of twelve (12) years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction or construction management, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership capacity managing major capital projects.
