Position Summary

DRiV is seeking a highly motivated and strategic treasury professional to join our Treasury leadership team as Director, Capital Markets. Reporting directly to the Treasurer, this role will lead the development and execution of the Company's capital markets strategy while partnering across Finance to optimize capital structure, liquidity, financial risk management, and strategic funding initiatives.

The Director will serve as the Company's subject matter expert for debt capital markets, structured finance, bank financing, and treasury strategy. This individual will lead complex financing transactions, cultivate relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies, evaluate innovative funding solutions, and help shape the long-term financial strategy of the Company.

This position will work closely with executive leadership, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Business Unit Finance teams, and external banking partners to support organic growth, strategic transactions, and shareholder value creation.

Key Responsibilities Capital Markets Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Company's capital markets strategy to support long-term business objectives.
  • Lead debt financing activities, including syndicated credit facilities, bond issuances, refinancing transactions, and other capital market initiatives.
  • Evaluate and execute structured financing solutions, including Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Accounts Receivable Securitization, Factoring, Supply Chain Finance, Sale-Leaseback transactions, and other working capital optimization programs.
  • Develop financing recommendations that optimize liquidity, leverage, borrowing costs, and financial flexibility.
  • Monitor global capital markets, interest rate trends, credit markets, and macroeconomic conditions to identify financing opportunities.
  • Lead preparation of financing presentations, lender materials, rating agency presentations, offering memoranda, and Board-level capital market analyses.
Treasury Strategy & Financial Planning
  • Develop long-term capital structure strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
  • Perform capital structure optimization, leverage analysis, refinancing scenario modeling, and liquidity stress testing.
  • Partner with FP&A to support long-range financial planning and funding strategies.
  • Evaluate strategic financing alternatives supporting acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring activities, and major capital investments.
  • Lead treasury support for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and integration activities.
Liquidity & Working Capital Strategy
  • Partner with Treasury Operations to optimize global liquidity and funding strategies.
  • Develop financing solutions supporting business unit liquidity requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve working capital efficiency through receivable, inventory, and payable financing solutions.
  • Support development of cash forecasting and enterprise liquidity planning processes.
Banking & External Relationships
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with commercial banks, investment banks, rating agencies, institutional investors, and other financial partners.
  • Lead annual bank relationship reviews and wallet-share strategy.
  • Negotiate financing agreements, banking services, and treasury products.
  • Manage external advisors supporting financing transactions.
Leadership & Governance
  • Partner with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Compliance to ensure financing transactions comply with regulatory requirements, debt agreements, and Company policies.
  • Prepare materials and recommendations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Lead cross-functional financing projects from strategy through execution.
  • Mentor treasury professionals and foster continuous learning and development.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
  • MBA, CFA, CTP, CPA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or Corporate Finance.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex debt financing and capital markets transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, syndicated lending, structured finance, Asset-Based Lending, receivable securitization, factoring, and supply chain finance.
  • Experience developing capital structure strategies and liquidity optimization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of financing agreements, debt covenants, and treasury risk management.
  • Experience working with rating agencies, commercial banks, and institutional lenders.
  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba preferred), Bloomberg, SAP, or equivalent financial platforms.
