Medical Director / Family Medicine – Mobile, ALLead. Inspire. Transform.Are you a dynamic leader ready to shape the future of family medicine? We’re seeking a Family Medicine Faculty/Medical Director who thrives at the intersection of innovation, quality, and compassionate care. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in driving forward our department’s clinical excellence by spearheading strategic quality initiatives and advancing patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion quality and patient safety programs, pushing outcomes and innovation forward
     

  • Oversee and empower clinical teams – think training, credentials, hiring, and beyond
     

  • Dive into performance data (like patient satisfaction) and turn insights into action
     

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that elevate care and meet top-tier certifications like PCMH Level 3
     

  • Lead initiatives in population health, chronic disease management, and continuous staff education
     

  • Design systems and processes that support exceptional care delivery
     

  • Keep your clinical skills sharp with your own patient panel
     

Your Qualifications:

  • Family Medicine Board Certified

  • Hold or be eligible for a State of Alabama Medical License
