Job description

The Director of Business Systems & Data Programs will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of [solidcore]'s core business systems and data infrastructure that power client experience, revenue operations, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital, this role sits within Digital and is responsible for ensuring our platforms, integrations, and data flows are designed to scale with the business and support new initiatives across markets, modalities, and revenue streams.

This leader will own key business systems such as Mindbody and related integrations, while partnering closely with Marketing, Lifecycle, Finance, Strategy & Insights, and Engineering to ensure systems and data are aligned to business needs. The role will also drive cross-functional program management for major initiatives, ensuring new capabilities are built with clean system design and scalable data foundations from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee data pipelines and system-to-system data flows in partnership with engineering, ensuring reliable and scalable infrastructure

  • Drive cross-functional planning and execution for major initiatives (e.g. pricing changes, new market launches, new product offerings)

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to ensure systems and data support campaign execution, attribution, and client engagement (without directly owning those platforms)

  • Own Mindbody (MBO) as a core business platform, including configuration, pricing structures, packages, and scalability for new initiatives

  • Support system design for new business lines, including retail, add-ons, new modalities, and international expansion

  • Ensure clean, consistent data flows across systems including MBO, CRM, marketing platforms, NPS tools, and analytics environments

  • Define and document system requirements and data architecture for new tools, vendors, and workflows

  • Act as the connective layer across Digital, Finance, Strategy & Insights, and Operations for systems and data planning

  • Improve speed and scalability of execution by ensuring systems are designed intentionally and work cohesively across teams

  • Reduce fragmentation across tools and workflows by driving alignment and standardization in how systems are used

  • Manage prioritization and execution of system and data-related initiatives across engineering and vendors

  • Establish scalable processes for system governance, data integrity, and ongoing optimization

Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in business systems, data programs, or technical program management

  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data pipelines, and SaaS ecosystems

  • Experience working with platforms such as Mindbody or similar operational systems

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Highly organized with strong program management and execution skills

  • Ability to translate business needs into system and technical requirements

Compensation & Benefits:
