Job description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage both cold and warm leads across the residential construction market, including builders, architects, plumbers, designers, and wholesale partners.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing Aquor’s innovative water system solutions and communicating their value proposition.
  • Build trusted relationships with industry professionals by understanding their business needs, project requirements, and long-term objectives.
  • Educate clients on product applications, installation best practices, and the benefits of Aquor’s next-generation technology.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up meetings to move opportunities through the sales process.

Pipeline & Sales Management

  • Manage a personal sales pipeline from initial outreach through project specification, purchase, and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and account activities within the CRM platform.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets through disciplined prospecting and follow-up.
  • Track and report key sales metrics, forecasting opportunities and identifying growth potential within assigned territories.

Industry Engagement & Account Growth

  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers within architecture firms, plumbing contractors, homebuilders, and distribution partners.
  • Drive specification opportunities by introducing Aquor products early in the design and construction process.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business, and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and customer meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and executive leadership to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Partner with marketing to leverage campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and customer education materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, project support, and issue resolution.
  • Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to help shape future product development and go-to-market strategies.

Customer Success & Market Education

  • Act as a consultative advisor, helping customers understand how Aquor solutions contribute to better building performance, design, and homeowner experience.
  • Guide customers through product selection and implementation to maximize project success.
  • Establish long-term relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and brand advocacy.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of residential construction, plumbing systems, architectural design trends, and building envelope technologies.
