Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 220 Virginia Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Director II Technology is responsible for leading and managing direction of information system and programming activities.
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Direct multiple work functions or major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact.
  • Interface with key Information Technology (IT) solution vendors; develop strategies and facilitate performance measurement plans to optimize vendor and associate performance and outcomes.
  • Develop Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity.
  • Manage a domain or suite of applications (or the equivalent capital and/or level of responsibility).
  • Oversee strategic planning, budget development, and management for a single large or multiple cost centers, contract compliance, and any necessary integration of government regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plan are implemented, monitored, and updated on a recurring basis.
  • Deliver and support system solutions that support the operations of their functional areas on a 24x7x365 basis.
  • Plan and execute annual projects while maintaining profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key business partners.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
  • Develop Technology Plan and Forecast for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity, and/or manage day-to-day operations for a major portion of a functional area or department.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field of study.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology (IT), or related occupations.

Experience Requirements:
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology (IT), or related occupations must include:
    • 5 years of experience with the implementation of technologies in Cloud environments;
    • 3 years of experience with systems architecture;
    • 3 years of experience developing technological roadmaps for key information security functions;
    • 3 years of experience utilizing: Tanium, Prisma, and either Rapid7 or Qualys.

Alternate Education / Experience Requirements:
  • Employer will accept Master's degree and six (6) years of experience in Information Technology (IT), or related occupations. Must have skills listed above.
