POSITION INFORMATION
Vacancy: Head Girls Track Coach
Location: North
Dates: 2/16/27-6/5/27
Pay: $7,301
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To develop and implement an exemplary athletic program that provides the highest quality education and growth opportunities for every student athlete.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior coaching experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Responsibilities:

  • To ensure full compliance with all school and school board policies and regulations.
  • To work cooperatively with the entire staff.
  • To relate positively to parents and other community representatives.
  • To demonstrate professional growth.
  • To ensure the timely and accurate completion of all required records and reports.
  • To demonstrate proficiency in standard English, both spoken and written.
  • To accept and fulfill responsibilities beyond the team setting as they pertain to school expectations.
  • To assume responsibility for care of materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • To ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment that supports the well-being of all student athletes.

    • To clearly convey fundamental coaching expectations to student athletes and explain their significance for personal, athletic, and academic growth.
    • To utilize appropriate and varied coaching techniques and learning activities.
    • To maintain an effective system of monitoring student progress and to inform appropriate persons.
