NEXTAFF Healthcare is hiring high-performing Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple acute care specialties: Emergency Room (ER), Med-Surg, Telemetry, CVICU, and Behavioral Health (BH) for urgent hospital placements starting tomorrow.


If you can complete your fast-track onboarding and credentialing today before 4:00 PM PST, you can secure top-tier pay rates up to $120.00/hour with priority shift selection across leading medical facilities.


Pay & Travel Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $120.00 / hour (rate determined by specialty, shift assignment, and rapid-response onboarding completion before 4 PM PST).
  • Traveler Stipends: Non-taxable Meal and Housing Stipends available for qualified travel RNs commuting or relocating 51+ miles from their primary residence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, specialized patient care in acute care settings based on your discipline (ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry, CVICU, or Behavioral Health).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (or active NLC Compact license).
  • Certifications: Active BLS required; unit-specific certifications required based on specialty (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or CPI).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in your designated specialty (ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry, CVICU, or Behavioral Health).
  • Immediate Availability: Ability to complete all required compliance paperwork, credentialing, and onboarding documents today before 4:00 PM PST for a start date tomorrow.
