Job description

Company Overview:

Ditch the dealership drama. Keysy is a revolutionary two-sided, omnichannel marketplace that brings the best of online car buying and local dealerships together, like the perfect lovechild of Carvana and Larry H. Miller Automotive. No gimmicky car vending machines, and no high-pressure finance managers. Imagine the apple store for pre-owned cars, built for the modern shopper, offering a seamless, end-to-end, AI-enabled, digital experience, with the in-person touchpoints you still want (think test drives and stress-free delivery). We're shaking things up, and we need you to help us spread the word!

Position Overview:

Are you a marketing mastermind with a thirst for disruption? Do you scoff at the status quo and dream of campaigns that defy expectations (like, say, making canned water Liquid Death cool)? Then jump in and buckle up; we’re on a mission to transform the pre-owned car industry, and we need YOU at the wheel of our marketing strategy.

As our Marketing Director, you'll be the architect of groundbreaking campaigns that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and keep the good times rolling with engaged fans. You'll oversee a multi-channel marketing orchestra, conducting content marketing, social media blitzes, email blasts, influencer partnerships, and more.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Thinks Outside the Garage: You have a proven track record of creating unique marketing strategies that break through the noise. Think outside the box (or showroom) and surprise us with your innovative ideas.

  • Speaks the Language of Marketing: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field (a Master's is a bonus!).

  • Rode the Leadership Rollercoaster: You have 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years spent at the front of the pack, leading and inspiring marketing teams. You lead from in front, ready to get your hands dirty, not from behind.

  • Channels Your Inner Data Guru: You're a data whiz who can analyze results, glean insights, and use those insights to fuel data-driven marketing decisions.

  • Communicates Like a Champ: You can articulate your vision with clarity and passion, both verbally and in writing. You're also a master of interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with your team and collaborators.

  • Has Creativity on Cruise Control: You're an innovator with a fire in your belly for fresh ideas and continuous improvement. The status quo? Never heard of her.

  • Bonus Points (but not required): Experience in the automotive industry or online marketplaces.

The Keysy Perks:

  • Competitive Salary & Equity: We value your talent and show it with a sweet compensation package, including ownership in what we’re building.

  • Benefits Package Built for the Road Ahead: We offer a comprehensive health plan to keep you running smoothly.

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Hit the gas on productivity with a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Fuel Your Growth: We invest in your professional development, keeping your skills sharp and your career on the fast track.

  • A Team That's More Than Family (but Hopefully Less Chaotic): We foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment where you can thrive.

Ready to Rev Up Your Career?

To join the Keysy marketing dream team, submit your resume and a portfolio (if you have one) showcasing your marketing and leadership achievements. Let's see how you can help us become the undisputed champion of the pre-owned car marketplace!

Company Overview:

Keysy is revolutionizing the way used cars are bought and sold through our two-sided, omnichannel marketplace. Imagine the perfect love-child of Carvana and your local dealers: all local dealership inventory available in a single digital marketplace, offering a modern online shopping experience while allowing in-person touchpoints like test drives and vehicle pickup/delivery facilitated in a way that puts the buyer in power. Sound good to be true? It’s not, and we need your help spreading the word!

Position Overview:

Love taking risks and exploring new ways to share compelling stories? Capable of turning water into Liquid Death? Join us as we change the way pre-owned cars are bought, and help us shake up this stale old industry! As the Marketing Director at Keysy, you will be responsible for developing and executing groundbreaking marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer engagement. You’ll oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, event marketing, influencer marketing, advertising, product marketing, and more. The successful candidate will be one that can bring creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong storytelling capabilities to the table to help break through the noise in this massive and crowded industry.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more, to attract and engage target audiences.

  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.

  • Manage and oversee social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
