Job description

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.
Currently, Envolve is searching for Asset Protection Officer to work at Saint Luke Apartment Community in Richmond, VA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must fully understand and implement all aspects of the community policy and be able to enforce community lease, rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws fairly and impartially, ensuring you are not violating Fair Housing.
• Report all emergencies immediately to the Community Manager and Security Director and provide an incident report within 24hrs of the incident.
• Provide exceptional customer service skills to all residents, potential residents, and their guests.
• Maintain high visibility to ensure and deter unacceptable activities in the community.
• Generate a well written and descriptive report to account for all activities during the duration of your patrol.
• Must be able to respond to medical, criminal, and disaster incidents and determine / direct immediate response action.
• Develop and maintain a strong liaison with local, county, and state police agencies.
• Conduct a monthly light out inspection of all the lights in the community’s common areas.
• Regularly check vacant units to ensure all are intact and with windows and doors secured.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The requirements listed below are representative of other required qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Must be able to work any days and occasional overtime.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • High School or equivalent

  • Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
