The director also collaborates with families, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure client progress and satisfaction. Strong communication, team management, and strategic planning skills set outstanding candidates apart. These competencies ensure effective program oversight, high-quality client care, and organizational growth in a specialized therapeutic environment.
