Job description

We're seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Accessories & Apparel to lead the ecommerce strategy and execution for WHOOP's accessories and apparel business. This role owns the commercial performance, merchandising strategy, and digital experience for shop.whoop.com, while influencing how accessories are represented across the WHOOP eco-system.
As a senior leader, you will create the ecommerce roadmap for accessories and apparel, connect strategy to execution, and partner closely with Growth, Engineering, Product Marketing, Creative, and Operations to drive growth and elevate the e-commerce experience.
This position will be based in WHOOP Headquarters in Boston, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and own the end-to-end ecommerce strategy and roadmap for accessories and apparel, driving sales through shop.whoop.com.
  • Oversee site merchandising, promotional strategy, and content planning for seasonal assortments, launches, and campaigns.
  • Build and execute a strategy to achieve KPIs for the accessories and apparel ecommerce business, including revenue, conversion, AOV, and product performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with accessories and apparel Product Creation, Growth Product Management and Engineering, Creative, Operations to bring products to market effectively and on time.
  • Influence the accessories experience on join.whoop.com, ensuring alignment between membership acquisition flows and accessory merchandising.
  • Use data, testing, and experimentation to optimize the onsite experience and inform assortment, storytelling, and merchandising decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and influence upstream strategy related to accessories and apparel growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or related roles, with a strong preference for apparel, accessories, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience owning ecommerce performance and merchandising strategy for a DTC business.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating insights into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing team members and/or managers.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced environment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate's specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role's requirements.
