Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated site leader to oversee the rigorous quality protocols at their multifaceted regional feed manufacturing facility. This position ensures that all finished nutritional products meet stringent safety standards while managing the complex requirements of multi-species production lines.


Responsibilities


  • Administer all aspects of the facility quality control program
  • Direct the sampling and testing of incoming raw ingredients
  • Maintain rigorous sequencing and flushing protocols for medicated feeds
  • Ensure full compliance with modern food safety regulations
  • Manage on-site laboratory operations and technician performance
  • Serve as the primary liaison for state and federal audits
  • Verify nutritional accuracy for a diverse range of animal diets
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve any quality deviations


Qualifications


  • Substantial experience in animal feed manufacturing or grain quality
  • Proven ability to manage complex systems independently
