Job description

Senior Design Engineer – Analog
Location: Suwanee, GA 30024 | Reporting To: Sr. Director, Engineering
Industry: Semiconductor, integrated circuits, memory | Employees: 700
Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to design tasks in a small team environment, with a focus on power components for integrated circuits and chips
  • Working in a growing laboratory with cutting-edge tools, in an R&D focused environment
  • Creating fully customized designs for PLLs, oscillators, LDO, voltage regulators, high voltage detection circuits, bandgap
  • Feasibility studies for size, performance, schedule
  • Planning and coordinating verification and AMS design to ensure full validation coverage
  • Floor-planning and supporting integration of both digital and analog circuits at top chip level
  • Collaborating with methodology and CAD groups, interfacing between different teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in analog design
  • Experience with low power design using advanced deep micron process
  • Experience with Verilog RTL coding, including synchronous and asynchronous machines
  • Experience with PrimeSim HSPICE and other analog simulators
  • Experience with Cadence schematic capture
  • Experience working with Linux-based systems
