As a Mental Health Counselor at Advanced Mental Health Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Applying evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques in one-on-one and group settings to deliver effective mental health interventions.
• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments and developing tailored treatment and initial discharge plans for patients based on their unique needs.
• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions that align with each patient's treatment objectives.
• Providing initial treatment planning, coordinating additional resources as necessary, and revising treatment plans as warranted by patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and adherence to facility and professional standards.
• Managing an assigned caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent care.
• Participating actively in treatment team meetings, collaborating with other health professionals to enhance patient care.
• Exhibiting a consistently positive and empathetic approach toward clients, recognizing their needs and working diligently to address concerns.
• Proactively ensuring patient safety within the clinical environment.
• Performing additional functions as assigned to support overall clinic operations.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including adolescents, adults, and families, addressing various emotional and behavioral challenges.
