Job description

The Outpatient Enteral and Parenteral Dietitian provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in a complex tertiary care setting as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This practice will have a focus in enteral and parenteral nutrition management in the outpatient setting.  Serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and other practice areas. Opportunities for an active role in research, education, presentations and development of best practice guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field. Graduate of an Accreditation Counsil for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited internship or approved training program. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnestoa as a Licensed Dietitian. Three  years clinical experience preferably in a declared focus area of practice. Advanced degree in nutrition or related field and/or additional nutrition-related specialty certifications. Demonstrated ability to advance the field of clinical dietetics, performing advanced work in the area of research, practice, or education. Licensure with the state of Minnesota. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.
