What You'll Be Doing
In this full-time role, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle. You'll manage both acute and chronic health concerns, prescribe medications and therapies, and support your patients in navigating their care plans with confidence. You'll also provide education, preventive services, and ongoing wellness support, all while documenting with precision and staying compliant with best practices and regulatory standards.
Whether you're working alongside physicians or guiding a patient through long-term disease management, you'll bring clarity, kindness, and clinical excellence to every interaction. Your scope may include follow-ups on chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and anxiety, or urgent needs like infections, minor injuries, and lifestyle consults. Who We're Looking For
You'll need a master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, along with an active NP license in Minnesota and national board certification in your specialty (FNP, AGNP, etc.). Prior experience is welcome, but newly certified practitioners with strong clinical instincts and a patient-first approach are encouraged to apply.
You should be confident managing a broad scope of primary care and comfortable adapting to patient needs across the lifespan. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), evidence-based guidelines, and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.
