The Manager, Adserving Operations will play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of servicing an Entertainment/Studio account at Hearts & Science. Working closely with Director of AdOps, this candidate will execute and QA high volumes of pixel implementation for conversion/attribution, undertake a multi-dimensional trafficking/delivery/management system, and be a trusted resource for tagging/tracking/CAPI executions in social media/google biddable platforms and for perfecting auto vs manual tagging efficiencies in ad verification platform for digital and CTV media.
Desired Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
4-5 years of industry knowledge and experience in an ad server (i.e. Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, or another major ad server)
Advanced level understanding of the digital ad trafficking process, floodlight tag creation/implementation/QA, and general troubleshooting best practices
Good understanding of ad verification (i.e. viewability, brand safety, fraudulent traffic) and IAB/MRC standards/guidelines
Working experience in tag management systems (GTM, Tealium, etc) and tag debugging tools (Tag Assistant, Ghostery, etc)
Intensive/extensive experience with tracking events/parameters in social media pixels
Good interpretation of digital/CTV publishers' display/video specs for 3rd party pixel and transcoding edits.
Working knowledge of cross domain tracking and reporting for CTV media
Ability to digest vast amount of platform-related technical information and communicate with external web dev stakeholders
Excellent organization and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Established ability with using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or other similar presentation tools.
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a confident comfort-level when leading a project or moderating a meeting.
Familiarity with rich media and mobile vendors, billing tools (Prisma), web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and DMP structure/process is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or business-related fields with a focus on technical or project management skills desirable.
Entertainment/Studio experience desirable and recommended for optimal on-the-job training and performances
Core Responsibilities
Oversee ongoing trafficking support for campaigns (taxonomy creation, traffic sheet, clickthrough updates, creative assignments and swaps, new tag production, QA, apply backend event tags, etc.)
Ensure correct and on-time execution of digital trafficking, tagging, and QA workflow across multiple teams/campaigns
Troubleshoot issues from site tagging and CAPI signals with support from Associate and Sr. Associate
Maintain clear day-to-day communication with internal leads on status and timeline items
Develop working knowledge in new digital marketing / MarTech technologies relevant to client account and share with internal stakeholders
Contribute to other technology and operations projects as assigned by Director
