Senior Director, Global Payroll

Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Up to $300K DOE plus package


We're supporting a global organization on the appointment of a Senior Director, Global Payroll.


This is a highly visible leadership role within a business that has experienced significant growth and continues to invest heavily in its people, processes and technology.


This is not a traditional payroll leadership position.


The successful individual will be responsible for leading a global payroll function whilst partnering closely with Finance, HR and external stakeholders to optimize payroll processes, controls, governance and systems.


The role combines operational leadership with strategic transformation...

• Leading a globally dispersed payroll team

• Driving payroll governance, controls and compliance

• Overseeing multi-country payroll operations

• Partnering with Finance, HR, Tax and Mobility teams

• Leading vendor relationships and service delivery

• Supporting payroll technology and process improvement initiatives

• Helping shape the future payroll operating model
