This is a full-time, on-site position based in Virginia. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in directional drilling, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and quality in utility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of directional drilling operations.
  • Lead a field crew, ensuring efficient and safe execution of projects.
  • Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Review and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
