Job Title: Directional Drilling Supervisor Location: VA About the Job FindTalent is seeking a dedicated and experienced Directional Drilling Supervisor to lead and oversee directional drilling operations for a reputable utility services provider. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Virginia. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in directional drilling, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and quality in utility construction projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of directional drilling operations.
  • Lead a field crew, ensuring efficient and safe execution of projects.
  • Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Review and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Report project progress and key updates to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in directional drilling operations, including HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) equipment.
