  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension)

A leading music streaming company seeks a Channel Marketing Manager to support the execution of integrated sales campaigns across Email, Direct Mail, Push, and other lifecycle marketing channels.

Channel Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Email, Direct Mail, Push, and other lifecycle channels by developing workback schedules, coordinating campaign planning, managing milestones, approvals, dependencies, documentation, launch readiness, and supporting both new and recurring campaigns.
  • Serve as the central liaison between Channel Marketing, Creative, Brand, Legal, Product, Campaign Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Analytics, vendors, fulfillment partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, resolve risks, improve speed to market, and strengthen cross-functional execution.
  • Support campaign deployment by coordinating creative development and review, campaign setup documentation, assets, URLs, tracking parameters, approvals, vendor communications, fulfillment activities, invoices, purchase orders, redemption timing, quality assurance, proofing, auditing, and validation of customer-facing content.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, approvals, dependencies, fulfillment timelines, reporting follow-up, and post-launch activities while monitoring campaign performance, sharing insights, identifying optimization opportunities, and contributing to standardized workflows and scalable execution processes.
  • Partner with channel owners and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain high-quality execution across Email and Direct Mail programs, proactively identify and resolve risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance campaign efficiency and operational discipline.

Channel Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience focused on campaign development, execution, and project management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing integrated or multi-channel marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Email marketing.
  • Experience supporting Direct Mail campaigns or other direct response channels is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing complex workback schedules with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Experience in retention, winback, lifecycle, subscription, or direct response marketing is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both print and digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Workfront, or similar project management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, quality assurance, marketing operations workflows, and coordinating with vendors, fulfillment partners, or production teams is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, campaign execution, creative quality, customer experience, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with campaign documentation, workflow management, URLs, tracking parameters, redirects, proofing, and campaign reporting tools such as Tableau, Adobe Reporting, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST.
