Job Requirements

· Must have knowledge of the local market with 2+ years managing accounts

· Commercial landscape maintenance or facilities management experience a plus

· Outside business to business sales experience is required.

· Highly organized, proactive, strong time management skills and great customer service

· Valid driver’s license required.

· Flexible work hours, including evenings and some local travel may be necessary.

· Well versed in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

· Social Media apps and Constant Contact experience is helpful.

· Display a professional image at all times.

Major Job Responsibilities

· Prospect for new customers.

· Cold calling either by telephone or in person.

· Exhibiting and staffing the booth at Trade Shows locally.

· Management and execution of Direct Mail campaigns.

· Management and participation in telemarketing programs.

· Management, creating, distributing and monitoring metrics of Constant Contact e-mail marketing.
