Job description

Position Title - Performance Marketing Manager

Reports To - Senior Director, Performance Marketing

About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager will support the planning, coordination, execution, and performance management of key traditional and offline media channels, including Direct Mail, Print, OOH, Radio, and TV. This role will manage campaign trafficking, creative coordination, vendor communication, spend tracking, campaign implementation, and attribution monitoring across multiple brands and markets.

In addition to managing campaign execution, this role will help evaluate in-market performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate reporting into clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders. Traditional and offline media will be the primary focus, with secondary support provided for select paid digital channels through reporting, creative coordination, campaign documentation, and performance readout support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of traditional media campaigns across Direct Mail, Print, OOH, Radio, and TV.
  • Own campaign documentation, traffic sheets, tracking details, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Track campaign spends, attribution, and post-launch performance across traditional media channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and translate trends, risks, opportunities, and market needs into clear insights or recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing readouts, campaign wrap reporting, and recommendations across creative, messaging, offers, formats, and channel executions.

Secondary Support

  • Partner with media vendors, agency partners, and internal teams to assess placement options, costs, recommendations, renewals, and local market needs.
  • Support select paid digital channels through reporting, campaign documentation, creative coordination, and performance readout support; direct platform management or optimization is not expected to be the primary focus of this role.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to connect campaign performance, creative learnings, market needs, and future planning recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with traditional media channels, including Direct Mail, OOH, Print, Radio, or TV in multi-brand, multi-location environments or similar.
  • Experience in marketing, campaign operations (e.g., familiarity with attribution, call tracking, and campaign reporting), media execution, or performance marketing support.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with agencies, creative teams, media vendors, or production partners.
  • Experience supporting creative testing, campaign readouts, performance analysis, or campaign wrap reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Demand Gen, YouTube, or related campaign reporting tools.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools to review, summarize, or visualize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong Excel skills, including organizing data, reviewing spend/performance trends, building summaries, and working with formulas, pivot tables, or large data sets.
  • Experience working in or with an agency environment is a plus.
