About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced highly motivated person with a proven track record, and a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and selling MWI Direct's direct mail solutions, including data-driven campaigns, personalized printing, and integrated marketing services. This individual has a passion for building relationships, uncovering client needs, and presenting creative, effective mail solutions. This position will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and procurement decision-makers.
  • Understand client objectives and propose customized direct mail solutions that align with their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, estimates, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, data, design) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, postal regulations, and MWI Direct's evolving capabilities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in sales; experience in print, direct mail, or marketing services required.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate client needs into effective direct mail strategies.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with USPS postal guidelines and direct mail production is a plus.

Education and/or Experience ย 

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
