Job description

Hi,

We are hiring for a Production Operations Manager for a direct-hire, on-site role  in Coppell, TX. This position oversees all aspects of printing operations, manages supervisors across multiple shifts, and drives productivity, quality, and SLA performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Role Details:

  • Title: Production Operations Manager

  • Shift: Mid Shift | Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (flexibility required during training/peak times)

  • Location: Coppell, TX (On-Site)

  • Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000/year (Salaried, Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive PEQ (Productivity, Efficiency, Quality) initiatives

  • Manage labor, commodities, and departmental expenses

  • Build and manage capacity plans to meet/exceed SLAs

  • Establish and track KPIs for teams and individuals

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams

  • Ensure optimal utilization and uptime of print equipment

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years of management experience; 1–2 years in print/production/manufacturing

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

  • Flexibility for peak periods, weekends, or holidays as needed
