In this process, applicants interact with the company's HR team or hiring manager to discuss job qualifications, work experience, and suitability for the role. Expect in-depth questions about your experiences and skills, and be prepared to discuss how you can add value to the team. Preparation should focus on researching the company, reviewing the job description, and practicing concise, relevant answers that showcase your fit. It’s also helpful to prepare thoughtful questions that show your interest in the organization and the specific role.
