Litigation Associate – Business & Commercial Litigation

Location: Hybrid / Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, DOE

Wyatt Gronski PLLC is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of business or commercial litigation experience to join our growing practice. We are looking for a motivated attorney with exceptional legal writing, legal research, analytical, and advocacy skills who enjoys handling sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative and flexible environment.

This position offers remote and hybrid work options, a flexible schedule, and a realistic annual billable expectation of 1,000–1,200 hours, providing an outstanding opportunity for attorneys seeking challenging work without sacrificing work‑life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all phases of business and commercial litigation, from pre‑suit investigation through trial preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct advanced legal research.
  • Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and assist with hearings and mediations.
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts.
  • Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with firm partners.
  • Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining excellent client service.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law (Washington State admission or eligibility for admission).
  • 2–3 years of experience in business, commercial, or civil litigation.
  • Excellent legal writing, legal research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and case management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Experience with motions practice, discovery, and client counseling is preferred.
