Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly

Job Summary:
Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possiblility of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
- Weekly payment
Responsibilities:
-Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
- Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
- Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility
_ Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
- Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and management
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company
Requirements:
_-Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment
- CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.
- Experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients
- Willing to take drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insurance
