• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific mental health concerns.
• Provide insights and facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions as needed to ensure effective coping strategies are developed.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates should have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care are essential.
• Strong technology skills and comfort using telehealth platforms for service delivery are necessary.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy or other evidence-based modalities will be advantageous.
• Experience managing a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
