Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Direct Care Worker. This role focuses on enhancing the physical and mental well-being of individuals with special needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive and safe living environment, monitoring progress, and reporting on individual achievements.
Locations: Armada
Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions available, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. Shifts vary and include afternoons, midnights, and weekends.
Rate of Pay: $16.08 to $21.54 per hour, including State of MI premium pay, based on relevant experience and education.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Acceptable criminal record check and drug screen
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes.
