DTA Direct Care Worker
Responsible for successfully completing job specific and annual trainings as indicated in the training plan
Responsible for abiding by the Code of Ethics, conduct business in a professional manner
Responsible for providing at least two weeks' notice requesting vacation time
Responsible for calling in sick 8 hours prior to scheduled time to work
Responsible for working out schedule changes

POSITION REQUISITES: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Has a bachelor's degree and at least one year of full-time DDD work experience or
Has an associate degree and at least two years of full-time DDD work experience or
Has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and either a.) 18 credit hours of post-high school education in a field related to DDD completed no more than four years before the date the individual begins providing DDD services and two years of full time DDD work experience or
