Job Description
• Manage all aspects of new owner accounts until deals are finalized and paid in full.
• Perform daily closing and deeding responsibilities with accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams during rescission and pending payment periods.
• Review and modify contract terms with new owners as needed to secure the sale.
• Contact new owners during rescission to provide assistance and answer questions.
• Maintain detailed statistical records of closings, including rescission rates, rewritten deals, and
delinquency metrics.
• Exercise authority to adjust payment arrangements within Sales guidelines.
• Apply discretion to deviate from standard procedures when necessary to save the sale.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deeding Directors to revise agreements and implement strategies to
optimize closing percentages.
• Communicate effectively with owners and internal departments throughout the closing process.
• Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in closing, account management, or related sales support roles.
• Prior experience in real estate, timeshare, or property transactions is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under
pressure.
• Strong background in problem-solving and negotiation to resolve contract and payment issues
effectively.
