A Platinum Dining GroupMarket Assistantis an ambassador for our restaurant. The Market Assistant will be an expert at welcoming our guests into our fine-goods retail Market with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace ensuring superior customer satisfaction. He/She will promote our products and services to customers.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Gives the initial impression of the Market to the customers and greet them with pleasantness
Actively engage with the customers to identify needs
Answer general questions in person and by phone
Stimulate and promote interest in our products
Maintains a base knowledge and understanding of products offered
Is organized with taking and delivering to-go orders to customers
Maintains a neat and organized facility
Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
Enjoys providing great hospitality
Qualifications:
Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
